Replacement Policy
At PublishPages, we offer replacement for defective or damaged printed books. Replacements are applicable only under the following conditions:
Misprint / Printing Errors: If the book contains misprinted pages, blank pages, or illegible text due to a printing defect.
Size Defect: If the book received is of a different size/trim than what was ordered or described.
Reverse / Inverted Print: If the book pages or cover have been printed upside down, in reverse, or with inverted orientation.
Binding Defect: If the book's binding is damaged, pages are falling out, or the spine is broken on arrival.
Wrong Book Delivered: If you received a completely different book than what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit: If the book arrived with significant physical damage due to shipping mishandling.
Important: We offer replacement only, not refunds for defective books. All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
